I’m in awe of the alchemy that happens when goat milk is added to these lovely cacao beans from Colombia. The combination produces a delicious caramel flavor with a slight tang, a smidge of saltiness and an incredibly smooth and velvety mouthfeel.

Sierra Nevada cocoa beans are sourced from about a dozen farmer families near the Caribbean coast of Colombia. 50% of the farmers are women. Biodiverse cacao agroforestry is practiced with the cacao trees intercropped with walnut, cedar, zapote and citrus.
