- 2022 Good Food Awards winner
- 2022 Craft Chocolate Competition - top overall, best milk chocolate
Tasting Notes:
The deep chocolatey notes of Ecuadorian cacao paired with organic whole milk produce a rich and creamy bar with notes of chocolate malt, cream and almonds. It reminds me of one of my favorite ice cream flavors -Baskin-Robbins Jamoca almond fudge.
The cacao used to make this chocolate comes from Camino Verde, a sustainable farm and fermentary in Ecuador. It is combined with old-fashioned A2/A2 organic whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm. A2/A2 milk comes from cows that produce only one type of protein: A2 beta-casein. It is most natural to the human body and easily absorbed.
Ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic A2/A2 milk powder
