2022 Craft Chocolate Competition - top overall, best milk chocolate
The cacao used to make this chocolate comes from Camino Verde, a sustainable farm and fermentary in Ecuador. It is combined with old-fashioned A2/A2 organic whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm. A2/A2 milk comes from cows that produce only one type of protein: A2 beta-casein. It is most natural to the human body and easily absorbed. Paired with the deep chocolatey notes of Ecuadorian cacao, it produces an exceptionally creamy bar.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate malt, cream and toasted almonds.
