Craft Chocolate Brownies
Adapted from Making Chocolate: From Bean to Bar to S'more, by Dandelion Chocolate.
- 1 c. unsalted butter
- 10 oz chopped 70% craft chocolate
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. plus 2 TBS AP flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Melt 1 c. butter and 10 oz. chopped 70% craft chocolate in Microwave on LOW. Use the low setting to ensure chocolate doesn't scorch. Stir occasionally to combine while melting. Let cool.
Whisk in 2 cups sugar until combined. Add 4 eggs and 1.5 tsp vanilla extract.
Fold in flour and salt.
Pour batter into 9x13 greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for about an hour and cut into desired shape.
